We have gas powered, building, hot water heaters. It includes Comcast cable with multiple HBOS. We have onsite management, we have onsite maintenance staff. We also have onsite cleaning staff, all of which are here Monday through Friday eight to four. It also includes all of our amenities and probably one of the biggest things. And the biggest questions is it also includes reserves. We have full reserves and those are for our roofs, our painting, our paving, our swimming pools and items like that. So it includes a lot.
