The answer to your question is yes, we do have a couple phases here in the community, the Caribbean section and the Harbor home section. Those are two of our newest sections here in the community. And they do have a rule that you must own the condo for one year prior to being able to rent it. But the other condos in the community, you are allowed to buy it today, close tomorrow and rent it right away. Most of our rentals are either a seasonal rental or an annual rental. They do have a restriction that you are only allowed to rent one time a year for a minimum of three months. And so that’s why we have seasonals that are three or four months, sometimes five, if you’re lucky and or their annual rentals. Now keep in mind that all prospective tenants must be interviewed, go through the application process to be sure that they meet the minimum credit score. The information that the association does is, is strictly to make sure they’re not with some sort of record wanted by the FBI or on some sort of a predator list. They don’t share that information. So I do highly suggest that you also do your own investigation.See a credit report from them, look at financials and make sure that you’re protected, cuz you want a tenant that’s going to stay, but also who’s going to pay.
