Is Boca Bayou an adult community?

I get asked that a lot, Boca Bayou is an all age community. We are located in one of the best school districts in Boca, and we have people who attend college at Lynn university or FAU. We have retirees.We have snowbirds here. We have year round residents. I like to tell people about the first time I moved in and I was invited to a pool party. It was a barbecue. I was told to bring one side dish. When I arrived, there were roughly 30, 35 people there. I met awesome neighbors. The youngest was a couple attending Lynn university. They were in their twenties and the oldest gentleman that day was 87 years old. We had people of all ages in between. It was a great time. The people here are awesome. They’re very welcoming, very friendly. I think you’d love it. Come check it out.
