Hi guys, it’s me again. What amenities does Boca Bayou offer? That’s another very good question. Here in Boca Bayou, we have five heated swimming pools. They are open to go to any of the pools you choose to go to. It does not have to be the one that is closest to your building. We also have two lighted tennis courts that are available for your use. We have Bocce ball courts. We do also have an active men’s and women’s league that play Bocce ball. We have a clubhouse, we have two saunas and we have an exercise room. We have quite a few amenities here, but another nice feature that has recently opened up directly across the street from us is the El Rio south park. It’s the city park maintained by the city and it has a lot of fabulous amenities as well. Everybody’s into pickleball. They’ve got pickleball courts over there. They’ve got tennis courts there, full court basketball, full court volleyball. They have a naturewalk. They have a soft launch for putting your paddle board or your kayak into the water. They have barbecues and picnic facilities. They have a top lot and a playground. It’s a fabulous park. If you haven’t checked it out, you should see you next time.
