September 2026 Events Boca Raton: SoFlo Market – This Saturday, September 5
First up — this Saturday. SoFlo Market returns to Sanborn Square Park (72 N Federal Highway) on September 5 from 11 AM to 3 PM. This free, family-friendly market brings together over 40 local small businesses, artists, and food vendors from across Palm Beach County and South Florida. Also, there’s a free bounce house, face painting, DJ music, bubble station, and photos with the SoFlo mascot. No tickets needed — just show up, stroll Mizner Park, grab coffee, and make a morning of it in downtown Boca. It’s one of those events that feels exactly like what September in Boca is all about.
Summer Sips and Sounds – Schmidt Boca Raton History Museum
September also brings the third installment of the beloved Summer Sips and Sounds concert series at the Schmidt Boca Raton History Museum (71 N Federal Highway). Presented by the Boca Raton Historical Society in partnership with Festival of the Arts Boca, this intimate evening concert series takes place in the museum’s historic lecture hall. Check-in begins at 6 PM, performance at 6:30 PM. Tickets are $45 per person and include wine, light bites, dessert, and a post-show social. Also, each performance opens with a brief presentation by Museum Curator Susan Gillis on the featured musical era. It’s one of the most charming evenings in Boca — equal parts culture and community. Yoga in the Park – Every Saturday Morning
Meanwhile, Yoga in the Park continues every Saturday morning at 9 AM at Sanborn Square — free, outdoors, and a wonderful way to start a September weekend in Boca Raton. The temperatures in September are a little more forgiving than peak summer, making this one of the best months to get outside before season kicks off.
