I’m Lynn Johnsen, your Boca Bayou condo guide and a year-round Boca Raton resident. June in Boca Raton is when summer officially takes over — and honestly, it’s one of my favorite times to be here. The seasonal rush is gone, the beaches are ours again, and the event calendar is packed with something for everyone. Here’s what’s happening in Boca Raton in June 2026.

June 2026 Events Boca Raton: Family Fun Snorkel at Gumbo Limbo – June 6

First up, kick off June with something truly special. Gumbo Limbo Nature Center hosts a Family Fun Snorkel on Saturday, June 6, from 9–10:30 AM. Participants explore the mangrove habitat and snorkel the shallow Intracoastal waters to observe marine life up close. Open to adults and children ages 10 and up — parent or guardian must register and participate with minors. Cost is $15 for Boca residents and $19 for non-residents. Advanced reservations required through WebTrac. Also, Gumbo Limbo’s nighttime Turtle Walks continue through July 2 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings — one of the most extraordinary natural experiences in South Florida. Book both now before they sell out.

Free Concerts at Mizner Park: Summer in the City – June 12 & June 26

The City of Boca Raton’s free Summer in the City concert series brings two incredible nights to Mizner Park Amphitheater (590 Plaza Real) in June. First, on Friday, June 12, Turnstiles delivers a full Billy Joel tribute — all the hits from Piano Man to Uptown Girl, performed by an incredible live band. Doors open at 7 PM, concert at 8 PM. Then on Friday, June 26, The Long Run brings the Eagles catalog to life with spot-on harmonies and masterful guitar work. Both nights are completely free and outdoors. Bring a chair, grab dinner at Mizner Park, and enjoy a perfect Boca summer evening.

Snow White, Before the Dwarves at Willow Theatre – June 13

Looking for a great family morning? On Saturday, June 13, Curtain Call Playhouse presents “Snow White, Before the Dwarves” at Willow Theatre inside Sugar Sand Park (300 S Military Trail). This playful retelling runs 60 minutes with no intermission, rated G, with showtimes at 11 AM and 1 PM. Tickets are just $9 for adults and $7 for kids 12 and under. After the show, stick around for a patio party with free activities and a food truck. Add a visit to the Children’s Science Explorium next door and you have a full day sorted.

FAU Theatre Presents “The Hollow” – June 12–27

For adults looking for a great night out, FAU Theatre presents Agatha Christie’s “The Hollow” at the Marleen Forkas Studio One Theatre on FAU’s campus (777 Glades Road) from June 12 through June 27. A glamorous country weekend turns deadly when a doctor is found murdered — surrounded by a wife, a mistress, a former lover, and nearly everyone with a motive. Directed by Mariah Reed. Performances run Fridays at 7 PM, Saturdays at 2 and 7 PM, and Sundays at 2 PM. Tickets at fauevents.universitytickets.com.
